Fine thread hexagon head bolts feature a fine pitch design with denser threads. Compared with standard coarse thread bolts, they offer better self-locking performance, higher joint fatigue strength and more precise adjustability. Their hex heads enable quick installation and removal using wrenches, sockets or impact wrenches.
Applications: equipment requiring high anti-loosening performance and subject to heavy vibration; precision machinery needing fine displacement adjustment; thin-walled components and connection areas with limited thread engagement length.

Notes / Important Considerations
- Do not mix with coarse threads: Fine thread bolts must be paired with nuts or threaded holes of the same pitch.
- Lubrication is recommended before assembly: Molybdenum disulfide grease or regular machine oil is recommended to prevent thread galling, especially on stainless steel fasteners.
- Calibrate tightening torque: Due to higher friction, the required torque for fine thread bolts is generally lower than that of coarse thread bolts of the same size. Always follow the technical specification sheet.
- Not recommended for soft materials: Such as pure aluminum, cast iron, or plastics, as they are prone to thread stripping or damage to the internal threads.
