Working Principle

This high-strength bolt relies on the shear neck structural design:

Fix the bolt head with a stabilizing tool, and clamp the tail shear segment with a dedicated torque shear wrench;
The wrench continuously applies tightening torque to tension the bolt;
When the axial pre-tension reaches the design standard value, the stress at the twisted shear groove exceeds material limit, and the tail section shears off automatically;
The connection reaches the designed clamping force, no secondary adjustment needed, locking the structural connection permanently and safely.
