Hexagonal Flange Nuts, also referred to as Hexagon Flange Nuts, are integrated all-in-one fastening fasteners manufactured strictly to the DIN6923 international standard. Combining a standard hexagonal drive head and an enlarged integral flange disc (most equipped with anti-slip serrated teeth on the flange bottom), this product merges the functions of a regular hex nut and flat washer into a single forging piece. The bottom serrated teeth deliver powerful anti-loosening friction locking, while the wide flange evenly disperses fastening pressure to protect thin and soft workpieces. It is a preferred locking component for vibration-prone assemblies in machinery, automotive, construction and steel structure industries.
