Square Column Buckle

Square and round buckle is a kind of building form work reinforcement, usually composed of four curved card boards, the shape of which can be curved (for cylindrical form work reinforcement) or right-angled (for square column form work reinforcement). There are connection holes at both ends of the plate, which are connected by matching pins or bolts to form a closed hoop. Its size depends on the size of the column to be reinforced. During installation, the card plate is placed around the outside of the template, and by tightening the connecting device, the card plate is made to fit tightly on the template, so as to achieve the purpose of reinforcing the template.

Square and round buckles have good durability and reusability. After a construction project is completed, with proper cleaning and inspection, the square and round buckles can continue to be used in other projects, reducing construction costs. For example, in the construction of columns in multiple building units, square and round buckles can be recycled, reducing material waste.
