Structural Working Principle
Drill a matching aperture and depth hole on the wall, clear dust and debris inside the hole;
Put the whole expansion nail assembly into the drilled hole completely, keep the head flush against the wall surface;
Tighten the bolt head with screwdriver or wrench, the threaded stud pulls the tapered cone inward;
The cone squeezes the slotted expansion sleeve outward to expand tightly against the inner wall of the hole, generating huge friction and mechanical occlusion locking force;
The expanded sleeve is fixed firmly inside the base material, enabling the exposed threaded section to bear tensile and shear load stably.
