Every precision coil spring is manufactured in strict accordance with drawings, with tight tolerances on wire diameter, mean diameter, and free length. Even during mass production, we ensure uniform spring height and coil pitch within each batch, eliminating variations in spring force among products of the same specification.

Wear-Resistant and Rust-Proof

All finished springs undergo hot-dip galvanizing or electrogalvanizing surface treatment to protect against corrosion from moisture, acids, alkalis, and dust. Compared to blackened bare steel coil springs, this treatment extends service life by more than three times in outdoor humid conditions and mildly corrosive chemical environments. The coating adheres strongly and will not peel or flake off even after repeated compression.

Fatigue Resistance and Dimensional Stability

Raw materials undergo random inspections for hardness and tensile strength upon arrival. Finished products are pre-compressed to relieve internal stresses. Even under prolonged, high-frequency repetitive compression, they do not experience loss of elasticity or permanent deformation, ensuring long-term operational stability of the equipment.

Vertical Load Distribution

The end faces of the springs are precision-ground to ensure they are flat and perpendicular. This ensures even load distribution after equipment assembly, preventing lateral skew or eccentric wear in the mounting slots during compression, thereby significantly reducing the failure rate of the entire assembly.
