About Our Products

In terms of material

T-bolts are usually made of high-quality steel, such as tempered medium-carbon steel. This material ensures that the bolts have high strength and hardness, as well as a certain degree of toughness, which is sufficient to resist all kinds of external impacts.

In application scenarios

the T-bolt plays an important role in the machine tool industry. It can tightly fix the table and bed of the machine tool to ensure that the table will not loosen or shift during the machining process, providing a solid foundation for high-precision machining operations.

In the construction industry

T-bolts can be used to fix the keel of the curtain wall, ensuring the safety and stability of the curtain wall system by closely connecting the keel to the main structure. Moreover, T-bolts are available in a wide range of sizes to suit different installation thicknesses and load requirements, making them an essential fastening tool in many industrial and construction applications.

FAQ

Q: Where are your T-bolts used?

A: In applications requiring quick positioning and fastening of T-slot connections, such as aluminum profile frames, machine tool and mold clamping, automotive and mechanical manufacturing, as well as power and telecommunications equipment.

Q: Which standards do you follow?

A: We can manufacture according to GB/T 37, DIN 787, and ANSI B18.3. We also support customization of non-standard T-bolts based on customer drawings or samples to fit different brands of aluminum profiles.

Q: How do I choose the right specifications?

A: Please provide the thread diameter, the head size that matches your T-slot (common slot widths range from 10–22 mm), and the required length; we can assist with the calculations.

Q: What should I do if stainless steel T-bolts seize up?

A: Apply lubricant during installation or use a manual tool to screw them in at a low speed.

Q: What if the T-bolt won't turn or is stuck in the slot?

A: Please remove any foreign objects from the slot or gently tap the bolt head to seat it fully. If it remains stuck, please take a photo and send it to us so we can determine if the dimensions match.

Q: What if the bolt rotates when tightening the nut?

A: Before tightening the nut, gently tap the end of the bolt with a hammer to press the T-head firmly against the bottom of the slot. This creates pre-tension friction, preventing rotation.
