Chemical expansion bolts generally consist of a screw, an expansion sleeve, a chemical and a nut. The screw has threads and is used to connect the object to be fixed and transmit the tightening force. The expansion sleeve is attached to the screw and is made of elastic material, usually containing a special structure or material that can expand under certain conditions. Chemicals are used to fill the gap between the bolt and the drilled hole. On the one hand, they are cured by a chemical reaction and are tightly bonded to the base material and the bolt. On the other hand, it induces the expansion of the expansion sleeve, thus creating a double anchoring effect. Nuts are used to tighten the screws so that the bolts play a tightening role.

Working Principle & Anchoring Mechanism
- Drill standard depth & diameter hole on concrete/brick substrate, thoroughly clean hole dust and debris;
- Put the sealed chemical resin capsule into the bottom of the drilled hole, then insert the threaded anchor bolt with electric torque tool to break the resin capsule;
- The mixing resin agent fills the gap between bolt shank and hole wall, triggers curing reaction under ambient temperature;
- After full curing, the resin forms rigid adhesive bonding layer, locking the bolt and base material into a monolithic structure; meanwhile the expansion sleeve realizes auxiliary mechanical expansion locking, forming chemical bonding + physical expansion double anchoring effect, eliminating expansion stress damage to brittle base materials.
